♥Amanda and Kenneth’s Talon Winery Wedding♥

Monday, September 20th, 2010

My wedding photography tour of central Kentucky wineries continues just outside of Lexington at Talon Winery. Once again, the skies threatened to rain but passed for a beautiful (but very windy) day.

♥Ashley and Rick’s Lexington Wedding♥

Sunday, August 15th, 2010

I LOVE Ashley and Rick’s sense of humor. Down to earth, silly, and just plain fun to be around. The ceremony was held in the chapel at Southland Christian and the reception was at the Thoroughbred Center. I also learned a handy trick from Ashley to fight back tears during those emotional parts of weddings. You simply pretend you are a pterodactyl and flap your wings, lol! Side note- thank goodness for spell check (thoroughbred and pterodactyl in one post is too much for me).

The Photostation was a big hit again. I love the way so many just cut loose and have fun with these.

Castle Post Lexington

After the reception they went to Castle Post just outside of Lexington to spend the night. I’d always wanted to check that place out!

This last one is how NOT to use an ultra-wide angle lens (unless you have a good sense of humor).
